2. Operational License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The System for internal business or personal research purposes. You own the Output (generated articles) created by your account.

3. Usage Restrictions

• You may not use The System to generate spam, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Automated scraping or reverse engineering of our API endpoints is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing account credentials (multi-user access on a single seat) is a violation of the license.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The System provides intelligence based on AI analysis. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic improvements, or revenue generation resulting from the use of our generated content. The "Algorithm Eye" score is a simulation, not a guarantee of Google performance.
